I have a wide knowledge of all areas of Scotland. However I specialise particularly in the following areas
- Argyll and Bute
- Oban and Mull, Iona, Staffa (home of Fingal's Cave) and the Treshnish Isles
- Islay, including the famous distilleries of Bowmore, Laphroaig and Lagavullin
- Skye and the Hebrides
- Glasgow and Edinburgh city tours
- Glencoe and Inverness
I like to take my clients to my secret parts of Scotland, those places that cannot be reached by coach and will give memories of a lifetime. Click here for a map of Scotland to help you assess your requirements.
This is just one tour which I have designed for clients with island hopping in mind ......
"Take the ferry from Oban to Craignure and enjoy the famous miniature steam train to Torosay Castle and Gardens. Visit Duart Castle where the film "Entrapment" was located, with spectacular views of the Sound of Mull and Loch Linnhe. Travel on to Fionnphort on the south west coast of Mull sailing to Iona, Staffa and the Treshnish Isles. From May to August see colonies of puffins nesting on these lovely deserted islands. Lucky folk may even see porpoises, dolphins and whales."
Specialist tours can be arranged to suit, eg. gardens, whisky, clans, castles and the increasing popularity of Scottish locations for films such as Harry Potter, Braveheart and Rob Roy.
I have the experience and knowledge and the adaptability to suggest a unique itinerary for a most memorable and enjoyable visit to Bonnie Scotland.
Tours can be modified (within reason) on a daily basis as you discover new possibilities from my guidance and expertise with the accent on flexibility.
This means that your tour itinerary could be full of unexpected delights - whatever the Scottish weather has to offer. This allows you to mix with the locals at sheepdog trials, highland shows, ceilidhs and folk singing pubs.
Arrangements can be made to collect you from airports, railway and bus stations, or your hotel so that your trouble-free holiday starts just as soon as you arrive in the country.
